The Indoor Play Equipment Experts

“I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.” Albert Einstein

Here at Play Creations we consider working in the play industry to be a real privilege. Not so much a job, more a vocation.

We get to exercise our imaginations and design wonderful pieces of indoor play equipment, that encourage children to stimulate their senses and to have fun exploring their surroundings in new and exciting ways.

We value design. Despite being a very subjective attribute, we understand that great design can help people feel better about their surroundings.

That is not to say we take an ethereal approach to business. Design is but one part of the puzzle and there are many other pieces required to create a successful family entertainment centre business.

We recognise that in most cases, you are here because you endeavour to operate a successful indoor play centre. We are on hand to support you in bringing all the other pieces of the puzzle together.

We relish the opportunity to support your business ambitions, whether that be as a new start-up or as an existing operator.

Why Play Creations

There are a number of reasons why Play Creations should be your chosen softplay supplier or service partner (see Manufacturing page for more technical reasons), but we feel the most important one is that we really CARE!

We CARE about the fact that our product is manufactured to the highest quality and designed and built to last.

We CARE about product development and that we should be continually trying to inject new ideas and concepts into our play environments.

We CARE about how our equipment is installed, which is why our own in-house team of engineers carry out all installations. Where we do have to employ sub-contract installers, they will always be led by our own team to ensure consistency of product delivery.

We CARE that each and every customer is left wholly satisfied by the end of the play equipment installation or service delivery.

We CARE that each and every customer is supported beyond the initial set up of the play equipment and that we are there to ensure consistent on-going service and maintenance support.

Why Play Creations

Play Creations believe that we are merely tenants of this beautiful planet that we inhabit. As such, we all have a reponsibility to do what we can to look after it.

Play Creations believes strongly in supporting local communities and charities.

It is all well and good promoting our soft play equipment as being beneficial to our kids’ health and well being, if we then chose to neglect the impact our actions have on our childrens’ future environment.

We firmly believe that businesses especially, should be reponsible for achieving good environmental practice and should operate in a sustainable manner.

We are therefore committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral and fundamental part of our business strategy and operating methods.

It is a priority of ours to encourage our customers, suppliers and business associates to endeavour to do the same. Not only does this make sound commercial sense, it is also a matter of us delivering on our duty of care towards future generations.

We donate financial contributions annually, to a number of local charities as well as donate products to aid in fund raising and service delivery to a number of local institutions.

Our environmental policy is to:

  • Wholly support and comply with or even exceed the requirements of current environmental legislation and codes of practice.
  • Minimise our waste and then reuse or recycle as much of it as possible.
  • Minimise energy and water usage in our buildings, vehicles and processes in order to conserve supplies and minimise our consumption of natural resources, especially where they are non-renewable.
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles (where appropriate) with due regard to environmental issues as far as reasonably practical and encourage the use of alternative means of transport and car sharing as appropriate.
  • Apply the principals of continuous improvement in respect of air, water, noise and light pollution from our premises and reduce any impacts from our operations on the environment and local community.
  • As far as possible, purchase products and services that do the least damage to the environment and encourage others to do the same.
  • Assess the environmental impact of any new processes or products we intend to introduce in advance.
